Job summary

Central-Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager to guide nursing operations within our skilled facility. You will assist the Director of Nursing/ADON in directing the Nursing Unit to meet federal, state, and local standards while upholding facility policies and delivering high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring policy compliance, participating in clinical reviews, and coordinating admissions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license in state.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a care setting.
• Experience in long term care is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor licensed and unlicensed nursing staff in delivering quality care to each resident.
• Ensure nursing staff follow policies and procedures, including dress code.
• Attend and participate in morning clinical review meetings.
