Complete Care at Springbrook in Maryland is seeking an RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) for a full-time, day shift role. You will lead nursing care for residents, develop care plans, assess admissions and discharges, and supervise staff to ensure high quality, compliant patient care.

Requirements include Maryland RN license, the ability to pass background/drug tests, and leadership experience in long-term care. We offer strong benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Maryland RN license is required.
Background check, drug screen and references must be clears.
Leadership experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
Ability to pass a physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and update individual care plans for residents.
Complete admissions, discharge and other assessments as needed.
Triage health changes and coordinate with physicians, families and care providers.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health/safety regulations.
Audit documentation and care for quality control and compliance.
Lead, train and evaluate nursing staff; manage staffing schedules and assignments.
