Arbors at Sylvania is seeking a Unit Manager RN to lead the nursing unit at our Toledo, OH location. The role directs daily operations, coordinates resident care, and supervises staff to ensure high-quality, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs the nursing unit operations and staffing on a daily basis.
• Hire, discipline, and evaluate nursing staff; coordinate training needs.
• Plan and lead meetings to address resident care issues for the unit.
• Monitor staffing patterns and census to meet resident needs and budget.
• Participate in QA and ensure timely physician interventions when needed.
