Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the nursing unit's operations to ensure quality resident care.
• Hire, discipline, and evaluate staff; manage staffing and budget.
• Plan meetings to address resident care issues and QA initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians; ensure timely interventions and documentation.
• Orient new personnel and support ongoing staff development.
• Monitor clinical operations and maintain safe, effective care.
