Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the nursing unit to ensure high-quality care.
• Hire, discipline and evaluate nursing staff.
• Plan meetings and address resident care issues for the unit.
• Ensure staffing meets resident needs and budgetary controls.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure timely interventions.
• Monitor clinical operations and resident conditions to maintain safety.
