Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Maine is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee a two-unit long-term care and skilled nursing team. You will lead two charge nurses, coordinate staffing, care plans, and ensure quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in state.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role in long-term care.
• Compassionate and empathetic patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.
• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well‑being.
