Anchor Post Acute, a 120-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility in Aiken, SC, is expanding and seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the new wing project and oversee daily clinical operations.

The role requires a current RN license, prior unit manager/long-term care leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, with a focus on quality resident care and team mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• MUST have prior Unit Manager and/or long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience.
• Not an entry-level leadership position; requires skilled nursing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting your team.

Responsabilités

• Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Ensure the highest quality of resident care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Complete and oversee clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
