Anchor Post Acute in Aiken, SC is expanding with a brand-new wing to accommodate more beds and improve care. We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the unit, mentor the nursing team, and ensure exceptional resident care within a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

You will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with physicians, therapy, and multidisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Must have unit manager and/or long-term care leadership experience.
• Not entry-level leadership; skilled nursing management required.
• Strong Medicare/Medicaid regulations knowledge and survey readiness.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations of the assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Ensure highest quality of resident care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Complete and oversee clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
