Anchor Post Acute is a beautiful 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility located behind Aiken Mall in Aiken, South Carolina. We are growing and seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our expanding unit and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• MUST have prior Unit Manager and/or long‑term care/skilled nursing leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work; RN license preferred. LVN/LPN acceptable with experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure the highest quality of resident care
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Complete and oversee clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
