Job summary

Greenville Post Acute is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership for a resident care unit in Greenville, SC. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident-centered outcomes through communication and teamwork.

This role requires an unrestricted SC RN license and prior supervision in skilled nursing. PCC experience is preferred; compensation reflects day-shift, 12-hour schedules and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned resident care unit.
• Ensure residents receive quality care per physician orders and individualized plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff (CNAs, LPNs).
• Monitor resident conditions and follow-up on changes in status.
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary conferences.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapy teams to promote outcomes.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Support survey readiness and quality initiatives.
