Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred; LVN/LPN acceptable.
• Two years clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness.
• Experience in long-term care / skilled nursing management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations of the unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Ensure highest quality of resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical documentation and coordinate care with physicians and therapy teams.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families; promote teamwork and excellence.
• Organize care plans and priority daily tasks.
