Anchor Post Acute in Aiken, SC, a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is expanding and hiring an experienced RN Unit Manager. You will lead a newly expanded unit, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional resident care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work required or preferred.
• RN license preferred; LVN/LPN license acceptable.
• Two years clinical nursing experience preferred in skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Medicare/Medicaid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Ensure the highest quality of resident care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Complete and oversee clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
