Qualifications

• Active LPN/RN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned unit to ensure a smooth, caring environment.
• Lead, mentor, and support nurses, CNAs, and staff to deliver resident care.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and scheduling to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to address resident needs and improve processes.
• Conduct rounds to ensure staff engagement and adherence to care plans.
• Support performance management with feedback, coaching, and recognition.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Participate in care plan meetings and coordinate interdisciplinary efforts.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
