Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities during assigned shifts.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers on care plans.
• Monitor adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Address patient or staff concerns promptly and participate in QA initiatives.
