Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team on the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and a collaborative, supportive environment. You will mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with physicians to optimize recovery and outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership in subacute/long-term care, a current NJ RN license, and a commitment to compliant, patient-centered care within a family-like workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in subacute/long-term care
• Current NJ RN license required
• LPN may be considered as eligible alternative

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs nursing services on the unit.
• Reviews staff complaints and reports to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Maintains adequate stock of medications, supplies and equipment to meet resident needs.
• Manages staff, assigns duties and conducts nursing rounds.
• Provides education to staff, residents and family members as needed.
• Assists in developing assessments of residents' nursing needs.
• Tracks treatments and patient progress per HIPAA guidelines.
• Coordinates with supervising physicians for smooth resident recovery.
• Ensures staff follow local, state and federal guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership

Nursing degree (ADN/BSN)
