Responsabilités

• Monitor staffing, budget, and resident care outcomes for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams for timely interventions.
• Oversee training, orientation, and ongoing education of nursing staff.
• Participate in QA programs and continuous improvement activities.
