Genesiscareers is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN to support the Director of Nursing on an assigned unit, delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for patients and residents.

Responsibilities include leading nursing operations, ensuring care aligns with mission and regulations, collaborating with staff and physicians, and managing staffing and performance. Posted salary range: USD 83,200 to 93,600 per year; bonus USD 5,000. Full-time, onsite in NM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure by the state board is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery complies with mission, values, policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and rehab to achieve best patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources including staffing, performance and disciplinary actions.
