Qualifikationen

• Must pass Level 2 background screening through Florida Clearinghouse.
• Must be a licensed RN in good standing in Florida.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations; physical duties include lifting and mobility.
• Must read, write and verbally communicate in English.

• Oversees direct care activities and staff performance to ensure evidence-based practice and standards.
• Plans and delegates assignments; ensures staffing levels are appropriate.
• Maintains accurate documentation and current physician orders; coordinates care plans.
• Collaborates with Social Services to inform families of changes in resident condition.
• Participates in admissions, transfers, discharges and CQI initiatives.
• Monitors infection control and collaborates with ancillary services for timely care.
