Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Valid RN nursing license in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to all residents/patients.
• Ensure nursing department is adequately staffed for quality care.
• Provide in-service/staff development programs compliant with regulations.
• Provide clinical expertise to support nursing processes.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
• Exercise supervision over nursing personnel as directed by DON.
• Educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits.
