Job summary

Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehab is seeking a PM Nurse Supervisor in Racine, Wisconsin. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality nursing care, supervising staff, and coordinating educational activities while promoting a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of management experience, a Wisconsin RN license, and excellent communication skills to support residents and families in preventing and recovering health issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.
• RN license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering quality nursing care to residents.
• Ensure nursing department is adequately staffed for quality care.
• Coordinate in-service and staff development programs to meet objectives and comply with regulations.
• Provide clinical support to the nursing process during patient/resident interventions.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
• Exercise supervision over nursing personnel as directed by leadership.
