Job summary

The ideal candidate is responsible, well-trained, and capable of working with little supervision to provide the best nursing care while maintaining a friendly environment and nutritionally enhanced meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an RN.
• Valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and assess needs to provide care and advice.
• Observe and interpret symptoms and relay findings to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure, injections) and document charts.
• Administer medications as ordered and provide treatments.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in the facility.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Pursue educational workshops and conferences to expand knowledge.
