Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehab is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to care for our patients and support a speedy recovery. You will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits while maintaining high professional standards.

We value compassionate care and a strong team, with opportunities to lead nursing staff, ensure safe environments, and adhere to state and federal regulations. Wisconsin RN licensure is required to join our team in Racine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ management experience.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Valid RN nursing license in Wisconsin state.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to all residents/patients.
• Ensure the nursing department is adequately staffed to provide quality care.
• Provide in-service/staff development programs to meet nursing objectives and comply with regulations.
• Provide clinical expertise to facilitate and support the nursing process in patient/resident interventions.
• Assist in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients/residents, employees and visitors.
• Exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel as directed by the Director of Nursing and Assistant DON.
