Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ condition and assess needs to provide best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, injections, etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer medications according to physician’s orders.
• Inspect facilities and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Attend educational workshops and conferences to expand knowledge.
