Job summary

Cherrydale Health & Rehabilitation Center in Arlington is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to lead a 210-bed skilled rehab unit. You will oversee nursing and CNA staff, coordinate with physicians, and drive quality initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires Virginia RN licensure, 3–5 years RN experience (LTAC preferred), and knowledge of federal/state regulations. Prior nursing management is a plus. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as an RN.
• Minimum three to five years of RN experience, preferably in long term care.
• Knowledge of federal and state long term care regulations.
• Nursing management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of the unit and supervise nurses and CNAs.
• Interface with physicians, perform QI reporting and follow-up.
• Provide clinical expertise to staff as needed.
• Handle care for clinically acute patients on the unit.
