Job summary

Cherrydale Health & Rehabilitation Center in Arlington is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to lead a 210-bed skilled rehab unit. You will oversee nursing and CNA staff, coordinate with physicians, and drive quality initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires Virginia RN licensure, 3–5 years RN experience (LTAC preferred), and knowledge of federal/state regulations. Prior nursing management is a plus. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Cherrydale Health & Rehabilitation Center has an exciting opportunity for a Unit Manager, LPN/RN in our 210-bed skilled rehab center in Arlington.

The Unit Manager will oversee clinical operations of the unit and is responsible for staff supervision of nurses and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. This unit provides care for our most clinically acute patients and residents. Typical hours are Monday through Friday day shift, with some weekend and on-call duties.

Requirements:

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three to five years of experience as an RN, preferably in long term care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
• Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
