Job summary

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team in Williamsport, PA. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and dedication to delivering high-quality resident care.

The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized nursing care.
• Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team. If you are a dedicated nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• Rotating weekend/on-call responsibilities as needed

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities
