Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Warrior Program. This role offers a consistent weekend schedule (Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with every 6th weekend off, enabling meaningful resident care and work-life balance.

The RN will provide direct nursing care, oversee resident needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or subacute settings preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
Respond to emergencies and clinical concerns as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Support and mentor nursing assistants and other staff.

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Weekend Warrior Program. This position offers a consistent weekend schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on resident care while enjoying every 6th weekend off.

As an RN Weekend Warrior, you will provide direct nursing care, oversee resident clinical needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
