Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Weekend Warrior Program. The role offers a consistent weekend schedule, with every 6th weekend off, enabling meaningful resident care and work-life balance.

As an RN Weekend Warrior, you will deliver direct nursing care, assess residents, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care. Strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Licensure in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Respond to emergencies and clinical concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Support and mentor nursing assistants and other staff.

Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Rotation: Every 6th Weekend Off

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Weekend Warrior Program. This position offers a consistent weekend schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on resident care while enjoying every 6th weekend off.

As an RN Weekend Warrior, you will provide direct nursing care, oversee resident clinical needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
