Job summary

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team at 1201 Rural Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, resident-focused care, and collaboration with physicians and the care team. Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends and on-call as needed offers a structured yet dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized nursing care.
• Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Rotating weekend/on-call responsibilities as needed

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities
