Job summary

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, PA is seeking a dynamic Marketing Liaison to join our team. The role focuses on developing referral relationships, increasing census, and serving as the primary representative of the facility within the healthcare community.

The ideal candidate has experience in skilled nursing or long-term care marketing, with a proven track record of growing admissions and understanding post-acute care, Medicare/Medicaid processes.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing or business development experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Nursing Home, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation Center.
• Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships.
• Strong understanding of post-acute care, Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners.
• Promote the facility's skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care services.
• Conduct regular visits to referral sources and represent the facility at networking events and community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Clinical teams to facilitate timely and appropriate admissions.
• Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to increase census.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and community resources.
• Participate in strategic marketing initiatives and business development planning.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral partners.
