Job summary

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has urgent openings for compassionate CNAs for evening and night shifts. Full-time, part-time, or per diem positions available with immediate start.

A referral bonus program rewards both referrer and referred staff, paid over one year. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, meals, vital signs, safe transfers, documentation, and strict adherence to infection control.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is a plus—we welcome new CNAs and those eager to grow!
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, resident-centered setting.
• Dependable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Help residents with meals, feeding as needed, and maintain proper hydration
• Measure and record vital signs; promptly alert licensed nursing staff to any changes in condition
• Perform safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper techniques
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Strictly follow infection prevention protocols, safety guidelines, and all facility policies
• Offer genuine emotional support, companionship, and a positive presence
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and the full interdisciplinary team
