Qualifications

• Current, active PA state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 2–3 years of nursing experience in SNF/LTC.
• Leadership experience is a plus (e.g., Charge Nurse or Supervisor).
• Strong knowledge of MDS, state/federal regulations, and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership: supervise, mentor, and evaluate unit staff.
• Resident care: develop and implement individualized care plans; conduct assessments.
• Compliance & safety: ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
• Family communication: liaise with physicians, families, and residents about care changes.
• Quality assurance: participate in wound management, infection control, and incident investigations.
