You will collaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate care, manage staffing, recruit and orient staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations in a compassionate, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and therapists to achieve optimal outcomes.
