Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• 0+ years of experience as a nurse or in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with medical staff, residents, and family members.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.

Education

RN license (PA)

Nursing degree (BSN preferred)
