You will oversee staffing, care planning, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, monitor outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing staff while managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with prior management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent clinical and critical thinking abilities; effective decision-making in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, including staffing and patient care planning.
• Develop and implement care plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and drive quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Joint Commission and related standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing staff.
• Develop and manage unit budgets and resources.
