Job summary

Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH, seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager for a full-time 1st shift role (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). The position includes 40 hours per week with duties overseeing the unit, coordinating patient care, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in good standing in New Hampshire and prior management or leadership experience in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Management experience preferred.
• Current NH nursing license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day unit operations and provide 24-hour oversight.
• Monitor care provided by licensed nurses and LNAs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation and medications.
• Supervise licensed nurses, LNAs and LMNAs on the unit.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nurses and other departments.
