Job summary

Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH, part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a full-time 40-hour role on the 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). The position includes nursing on-call rotation and weekend MOD coverage to support residents and families.

RN with management experience.
Experience supervising licensed nurses.
Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day coordination and 24-hour oversight of the unit.
Monitor resident care by licensed nurses and LNAs.
Ensure care and documentation comply with HIPAA, state and federal regulations.
Coordinate physician orders, medication and treatment schedules.
Collaborate with departments and assist ADON under the Director of Nurses.
Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Provide supervision of licensed nurses and care on the unit.
