We are seeking an experienced and lively Unit Manager with LONG-TERM CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team!

Must have 1-YEAR of UNIT MANAGER experience

You will be responsible for

• Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance
• Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients
• Managing daily treatment schedules
• Enforcing health and safety regulations
• Solving staffing issues and shortages
• Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition
• Ensuring the unit meets federal, state, and company guidelines
• Completing admission and discharge forms
• Delivering hands‑on care and medication administration as needed
• Communicating procedural issues with the director and working to correct them
• Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff

Qualifications

• 1-YEAR+ as a Unit Manager
• 3-YEARS+ Long‑term care
• PCC experience
• Ability to build rapport with residents, facility staff, and families
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
