Are you an experienced RN with a background in skilled nursing facility management? St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently hiring a full‑time Unit Manager for first shift with alternating on‑call weeks. Located in Berlin, NH, our 74‑bed skilled nursing facility provides compassionate short and long‑term care in a supportive environment tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. Your Role:

• Unit Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations
• Care Monitoring: Ensure resident care delivered by licensed nurses and LNAs complies with HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Clinical Oversight: Ensure adherence to physician orders, monitor medication and treatment schedules, and maintain accurate MDS documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, supporting the ADON and Director of Nurses.
• Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans for comprehensive care delivery.
• Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and uphold HIPAA standards.
• Supervision: Lead Licensed Nurses, LNAs, and LMNAs to ensure high‑quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
• Two years of long‑term care (preferred)
• Must be punctual, dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
• Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak English
