Job summary

Whispering Pines Care Center in Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. You will oversee and optimize daily nursing operations to ensure excellence in service and outcomes.

This role requires a Florida RN license, a minimum of five years of nursing experience in healthcare settings, and at least one year in a nurse supervisor position.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
