Job summary

Eleanor Nursing Care Center in Hyde Park, NY is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead and mentor your assigned nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care.

You will supervise staff, maintain records, participate in care planning, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. We offer PTO, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities, plus a $3,000 sign-on for full-time and $2,000 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care experience.
• Active New York State RN license.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for your assigned unit.

Position: RN Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities:
