Eleanor Nursing Care Center in Hyde Park, NY seeks an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team, ensuring high-quality resident care and adherence to care plans. The role oversees LPNs and CNAs on shift, with a focus on strong leadership and regulatory compliance.

We offer flexible 8- and 12-hour shifts, a supportive leadership team, and opportunities for professional growth. Full-time position with $3,000 sign-on bonus and benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license in good standing.
• Preferably 2+ years of supervisory experience in Long-Term Care or Sub-Acute settings, especially with geriatric residents
• Strong leadership skills with professional references
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

We provide exceptional care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents in our spacious, renovated 3-unit facility. We are currently seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our talented team of nurses and CNAs while ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
