Job summary

Eleanor Nursing Care Center in Hyde Park, NY is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead and supervise a unit within our 120-bed facility. You will review resident records, monitor care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high clinical standards.

We offer PTO, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, a supportive leadership team, growth opportunities, and sign-on bonuses of $3,000 for full-time and $2,000 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care experience.
• Active NY RN license.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for your assigned unit.
• Review and maintain resident records with accuracy and care.
• Monitor overall resident care and uphold high standards of clinical excellence.
• Address questions and concerns from residents and families with professionalism and empathy.
• Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Position: RN Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision for your assigned unit
