Job summary

The Eleanor Nursing Care Center in Hyde Park, NY, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a team of nurses and CNAs across shifts in a 120-bed skilled facility. You will oversee day-to-day nursing activities, ensure care plans comply with regulations, mentor staff, and provide strong leadership during emergencies.

We offer flexible 8- and 12-hour shifts, and generous sign-on bonuses for full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license in good standing.
• Preferably 2+ years of supervisory experience in Long-Term Care or Sub-Acute settings, geriatric residents.
• Strong leadership skills with professional references.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff, including LPNs and CNAs, on your shift.
• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Ensure resident care meets facility standards and complies with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance during emergency situations.
