Job summary

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader who is committed to quality resident care.

You will oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit, mentor staff, ensure compliance with regulations, manage staffing, participate in QAPI initiatives, support MDS processes, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of SNF experience.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary: $77,500-$87,500 annually
