Job summary

Pomperaug Woods, Inc. in Southbury, CT seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership in our Health Center and support resident-centered care.

You will supervise nursing staff, conduct rounds, partner with physicians and families, and lead staffing and development. This full-time role offers weekday hours 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, on-call rotation, and a competitive $115,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

Seabury at Pomperaug Woods is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership within our Health Center. This is an outstanding opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about resident-centered care, team development, and ensuring the highest quality standards in a skilled nursing environment.

As the RN Unit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting and mentoring staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care and services in a safe, supportive environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Participation in an on-call rotation as needed

What You'll Do

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing.
• Experience with MDS, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
