Our client is currently seeking an RN-Unit Manager to join their team in Peabody, MA.

We are looking for an RN Unit Manager to work in the LTC/Rehab portion of the community. This unit has 60 patients, with the caseload split between our candidate and an existing Unit Manager. On average, there are 10 admissions/discharges weekly.

Shift: 8a-4p or 9a-5p, Monday to Friday.

Bonus: Merit increase and an annual bonus up to 8% of salary.

Requirements:

• Three years of SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience.
• Preferred to have wound certification.
• Functions include wound documentation, reviewing orders, care plans, assisting with audits, and educating nurses and CNAs as needed.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Clinical oversight abilities.
• Reporting skills.
• Customer service skills, with patience and understanding when dealing with families.
