Job summary

Complete Care Management in Connecticut is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) for a full-time day shift with full benefits. You will lead resident care planning, assessments, and oversee nursing staff in a long-term care setting.

The role offers opportunities for advancement, daily pay option, tuition reimbursement up to $5k annually, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Connecticut.
• Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references and physical evaluation.
• High level understanding of leadership, customer service and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Care needs and planning: assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands-on care needs.
• Assessments: complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed.
• Triage & Interventions: assist to handle acute health changes, physicians' orders and collaboration with care providers & families.
• Regulatory Standards: ensure compliance with federal, state, county & company health/safety regulations.
• Quality Assurance: audit documentation & care for quality control/compliance.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Team Oversight & Mentorship: provide ongoing training, orientation & performance evaluations for staff. Manage staffing schedules and assignments.
