• Participate in daily clinical meetings, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Address resident and family concerns with empathy, respect, and prompt follow‑through.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including infection control and documentation standards.

About the Role

As a Unit Manager (RN) at Swanton Valley, you’ll be a trusted leader on the floor—guiding, supporting, and inspiring your nursing team while ensuring our residents receive exceptional care.
