Volare Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join as Unit Manager at South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, Oregon. This on-site, full-time role offers a salary of $108,000–$127,000 per year, dependent on licensed experience and leadership capabilities.

You will oversee daily unit operations, provide clinical leadership, and collaborate with the DON and ADN to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Oregon.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing long-term care facilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong leadership and supervisory skills to join our team as a Unit Manager.

Position Summary

As the Unit Manager, RN, you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit and provide clinical leadership to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.

Working in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure the nursing unit operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and standards.

• Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing/long-term care facility, rehabilitation center, or other healthcare setting required.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and clinical skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional resident care and supporting the growth of clinical teams.
